Today, I want to discuss timeline shifting and a common question that arises:"When and how do unawakened loved ones shift their timelines, even if they are unaware of energy healing?"

Many people assume that timeline shifting requires conscious awareness, but the truth is, the process occurs whether one is spiritually awakened or not. The difference lies in the method—those operating in a 3D reality shift through external circumstances, while those using a 5D approach shift directly through energy work.

🪐 My Saturn Return: Awakening & Understanding Timeline Shifting

My heart chakra awakened in 2017, following my Saturn Return (Saturn in Sagittarius in my natal chart). The Saturn Return is a period of intense karmic lessons, growth, recalibration, structure, rules and restructuring of life foundations, and mine was no exception. During this time, I faced challenges around my 9th house lesson, but I trusted that everything was unfolding for my highest good.

Looking back, I see how Saturn guided me toward my destined and highest path:

1. I completed my Master’s degree in 2017 and resigned from my job, knowing it was time to shift and leave the company not serving me anymore.

2. At the end of 2017, Saturn entered my 10th house in Capricorn, aligning with my natal Neptune placement.

The 10th house rules public image, career, and life purpose. Neptune (ruled by Pisces) governs spirituality, dreams, and higher consciousness, the oldest feminine energy

This transit meant that I had to ground my spiritual vision into my reality—taking what was once just a dream and making it tangible.

Since then, I traveled extensively for both business and personal growth—seeking to expand my vision, experience diverse cultures, and align with higher timelines.

Traveling as a 3D Timeline And Reality Shifting Method

At the time, I didn’t fully understand why I was traveling so much. But now, I see the spiritual mechanics behind it—it was about timeline and reality shifting.

Each country holds a unique vibration and frequency.For those who shift timelines through 3D methods, it should be the most effective way to accelerate change is to physically move environments even a short period, energy needs to move—this helps in:

• Breaking old energetic cycles tied to a specific location.

• Experiencing new frequencies that help realign with higher potential timelines.

• Forcing subconscious growth through external transformation.

How do 3D and 5D shifting methods differ?

Because I have strong Pisces placements, I naturally align with 5D shifting—using energy healing, rituals, subconscious work, and dreamwork to shift timelines rapidly. However, those with a more grounded, earth-based natal chart often require 3D action (travel, career change, relationship shifts) to accelerate their timeline movement.

How Do I Know Traveling Shifts Timelines?

Through my experience with energy healing and timeline acceleration, I have observed a direct connection between physical movement and energetic alignment—not just for myself, but also for my divine counterpart.

As I shifted my timeline through energy work, my divine counterpart (my divine masculine) also had to elevate her frequency to align with me.

1. She unconsciously started traveling more—even though she wasn’t aware of why she felt the need to move.

2. She had to break out of stagnant energy in her environment to match my vibrational shift.

Another fascinating observation:

The higher the altitude, the faster time moves. Locations at higher elevations vibrate at a faster frequency, which naturally accelerates time and energy shifts.

Without knowing the spiritual scene behind it, my divine counterpart (divine masculine) traveled to high-altitude locations—her soul knew exactly what she needed to do to synchronize with me energetically, even she didn't fully aware.

This is why many spiritual retreats and healing centers are located in high-altitude areas, because these locations amplify energetic shifts and able to assit client to move forward more effeciently.
